It seems to be working relatively fine now, so you should be fine if you wanna come on.

UPDATE: The problem seems to be fixed now. Alice, Irene, and I can log on without a problem, and I was able to safely hearth to the garrison.
UPDATE 2: It's back again. Don't hearth to the garrison and be careful when entering places that use a loading screen.

Just a warning to those who plan on playing today. WoW is currently incredibly bugged to the point where entering different areas in certain ways will disconnect you, at which point you will be unable to log in to that character, or potentially even ANY character. For some people this gives a "Character not Found" error. For me, it simply says that I've been disconnected from the server.

Currently, I have tried using the trinket that warps you to Timeless Isle to log out safely there, but the area won't load for me and it kicks me out.  As of now, I'm either stuck on "Connected" as I try to enter the character select screen, or am able to try logging on to a character and am disconnected anyway.
Slice and Irene have tried hearthing to the garrison with Ahmu  and Ireeneand is unable to log in. Notably, for Alice and other people affected in this way, it shows that they're still logged on. Both slice and Irene are still able to play as other characters
Other people are disconnected as a result of taking a flight path. Entering an instance also causes this error.

For anyone who wants to play WoW today and is able to get on, try your best not to log off if you can help it, or you may become stuck. Blizzard is holding a server check tomorrow at 3:00 am, presumably to correct this issue, so there's a chance that those of us affected won't be able to play until then.

Oh man, you guys have no idea how thankful and grateful I am for being willing to participate in my activity tonight! I really enjoyed Thursday night, and everything you guys did was absolutely wonderful (Yes. Even Robin).
After spending some time thinking about everything, I feel confident in saying that both teams pretty much won that night. Ode to the Horde (I guess that's the name?) was fantastic, and the lyrics were well thought-out and everything. Dancing Robin, meanwhile, is just one of those things that I can't possibly deny credit for. Besides, I had actually planned this event with the idea of there being five people on each team, so six emissaries isn't that much of a stretch. So by the rights vested in me as Vol'Jin's event organizer*, secretary**, and voice-provider, congratulations to all six of you for becoming emissaries of the Horde! And don't worry about the bribery; I was prepared to bend a few of my rules anyway in order to keep this fun for everyone. If I do something like this again though, I'm going to make the rules a bit harder to bend so as to be fair to both teams.
*I'm not actually Vol'Jin's event organizer.
**Nor am I his secretary.

Probably my favorite parts of the event last night were Alice's rap, the idea of Garrosh Staying Regular and his farts being the downfall of the Iron Horde, the poor little gnome that Vol'Jin messily devoured, and everything relating to the song challenge. Yes, even dancing Robin.

I'm imagining you practicing this before we all got together for the activity. Your effort is greatly appreciated and your theatricality is top notch. How did you even go about thinking up all of these challenges? I'm just curious about your brainstorming and thought process.

I actually hadn't planned on sounding like Vol'Jin at all; I just wanted to be some generic little troll thing representing the Warchief. Thanks for letting me though that I'm a true troll, though! And who knows: maybe I will get a job voicing some new troll or whatever. It was actually really fun! ^^

Funny thing about the challenge-planning, though; my brain actually started to slowing turn its gears after your mad libs night. One of the first things I thought of after your event was over was "What if we had a mad libs event where you used items, skills, and achievements to fill in the blanks?" Of course, I didn't want to straight up do that since we had just had a mad libs night, so I wanted to do something different. My next thought was "creating sentences with items, skills, and achievements," but for that I knew I would need to have some sort of base subject matter. Nothing really came of it for a while, though, so I left it on the backburner.

I forgot when and how the idea came to mind, but I remember explicitly thinking, "A poem on how much Garrosh Hellscream sucks." It was then the ideas started rolling in. But I knew that only a poem would be far too short, so I then got the idea of praising the Horde and the new Warchief. Then I thought, "Why stop here? Let's present gifts to Vol'Jin!" From there, my mind was just working overtime and everything started coming together. The icing on the cake was deciding to divide people into teams. The reason I did that was to not only allow people to support one another, but also to have to work with not only their resources, but also the resources of their teammates. Another reason I split you into teams was because I'm fully aware that you guys can create beautiful things when you work together; that's also why I was pretty lenient with the rules, since the event was more about seeing what you guys had to offer with the resources and people you were given.

Again, thanks to everyone for participating! And thank you, Kan, for being a willing and unwitting observer. I hope we gave you lots of laugh without having you nearly say that A Bird's Story is about being too sexy for the Alliance.

Alrighty, this'll be interesting. Wyatt Earp*, signing in!
*My last name isn't actually Earp.

First off, things I can do: Make some songs, cover some songs, draw silly little stick figure drawings (I really can't draw anything besides that), and buy things (though I'm at the discretion of my parents in that regard). I'm not sure if I'm able to send anything physical, but I can definitely go digital.

Things I like: I'm quite a gamer, with my favorite games/franchises being Zelda, Mario, Sonic, the Tales of Series, the Touhou series, World of Warcraft. I have a Steam account for anyone that wants to check my wishlist, as well as Battle Net for... whatever it is you can do for my Battle Net account, I guess. XD
I'm not into shows or movies all that much, but I'm a big Hayao Miyazaki fan (Castle in the Sky is my favorite of his movies), and my favorite anime series is Code Geass with Attack on Titan netting a close second.
I'm only really comfortable with offering my mailing address to a select few people, namely those that I hang out with on WoW. For those people, I enjoy collecting video game plush toys, but I'd be fine with just about anything. :)

For those of you in the area, there will be a 10-year Anniversary party for WoW this Friday from 7-10 at Anaheim, CA.
I'd be there if it wasn't for the fact that my niece is having her wedding that day....

I love digitally arranging music on FL Studio

I have the feeling you and I will get along quite well. Welcome to the forums! :)

I will watch Jurassic Park with some friends of mine and play a game where I am hunted by a bunch of British robots wielding shotguns.
Yep. :D

Sebastian - waha! Now I'm super curious! XD Give us a hint as soon as you can ok? I feel like I should be stocking up on something but have no idea what!

You ask, and I deliver.

Spoiler for Hiden:

No, just because the flyer lacks any mention of sisters doesn't mean that females cannot join this event. ^^

@small Actually, visual toys are perfect! And yes, as long as you can put it in the trade window, it's acceptable; you don't have to actually trade it. Hopefully, I'll have some sort of stylish flyer by Thursday/Friday.

I actually hadn't thought about that! Yes, you will need to give the item (or at the very least be able to put it in the trade window). Some toys can be used to "give" as well; for example, you can summon a Puntable Marmot or a Beer Keg and I'll count it. I don't know if I'll count pets and mounts as gifts, so I'll let you know what I decide in that regard.

Any six is perfectly fine, though definitely bring more if you can. You can use your toys, mounts, and pets as well. You will need items for their names and items to present/give. I'll have some more information once I'm finished making a fancy flyer.
